Refund policy

At 1ST 4 SUNNIES, we want you to love your new sunnies. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@1st4sunnies.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for items of equal value. Please contact us at hello@1st4sunnies.com to arrange an exchange.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund where applicable.

Sale Items Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
